The roof is leaky over the porch. The snow that fell recently was a nasty one. It started out heavy and wet and then a somewhat lighter snow fell just after that. The wet snow froze and was not rake-able (I tried). Now we've got ice dams.
I believed that Buckets and bowls on the floor are normal when I was younger. Little did I know that my parents were just being frugal. Now that I have my own house, I always make sure that our roof is checked regularly to prevent little problems from escalating into bigger ones. By the way, I wish that you got your roof fixed by now. Although it's summer already, it's still almost impossible to tell when the next rain will come. Keep safe, Joe! Minta Gatlin
I feel sorry that you have a leaky roof. That's why it is important that we don't leave snow unattended on our roof for it will surely do a lot of damage if we do. Anyway, how's your roof now? I hope it’s been fixed already.
